FC-770 - 3M Fluorinert

3M Fluorinert™ Electronic Liquid FC-770 is a non-conductive, thermally and chemically stable fluid with a wide liquid range (-193F – 203F/-125C – 95C) for use in many low temperature heat transfer application such as reliability testing and the cooling of electronics.

This clear, colourless, non-conductive, non-flammable, residue free, thermally and chemically stable liquid is ideal for use in many heat transfer fluid applications. Its very wide liquid range (-193F-203F/-125C-95C) and compatibility make it well suited to a variety of electronic single and two phase heat transfer applications, including reliability testing, power conversion, electronic cooling and others. Because FC-770 has an extremely narrow boiling range, its composition will not deviate with time, ensuring consistent transport properties. A reliable high temperature heat transfer fluid.
