RoHS Compliant Dry Film Resist - Negative
416DFR

Prototype professional quality pcb’s using dry film resist.

General Features:

  • Contains one 1’ x 5’ roll of resist.
  • Easily applied to copper clad boards using just about any basic laminator obtained from an office supply outlet
  • Can be used as either a plating resist or etch resist, resisting ferric chloride, ammonium persulfate, sodium persulfate, most acid etchants, and most electroplating solutions
  • Capable of resolution down to 50 microns (2 mil)
  • Very strong resistance to lifting and underplating
  • Changes color from green to blue when exposed
  • Clear protective coating on both sides that is removed before use
  • Exposed with MG 416-X Exposure Kit
  • Nominal thickness of 1.5 – 2.0 mil (38 - 50 µm) any daylight fluorescent fixture
  • Developed with MG 4170-500ML Negative Developer
